Our Service Delivery Methodology:
Assessment
Analyze the business requirements, review current operations, define a budget with associated cost benefits, and assign measurable goals.
Design
Architect the operational processes required to implement and maintain the solution set that meets the success criteria. A detailed analysis is designed to pair the business requirements to technical specifications. At this phase a Statement of Work (SOW) is established, and a planning team is assigned to deliverables and timelines.
Build & Test
MCS configures the initial deployment in a test (pilot) environment to ensure the specifications from the design phase are functioning as expected. It’s then moved to a soft launch phase in production with ongoing component testing and monitoring until all adjustments have been refined and it’s ready to enter the deployment phase.
Deployment
A phased rollout approach is used to mitigate risk and ensure a successful deployment. The formal launch begins with associated SLAs, delivery sign-off, and knowledge transfer. This phase is designed to occur quickly and efficiently with minimal risk or operational disruptions.
Project Sign-Off
A fully compiled document outlining the project will be presented to the customer for final project sign-off. All status reports, meeting minutes, deliverable acceptance form, issue logs, and change requests will be attached to the final project document.
